Pastoral Staff

Pastor Tim Allen- Lead Pastor
Pastor Allen has been in the pastoral ministry for over 27 years, serving churches in Lima, Ohio; Edgerton, Ohio; Troy, Michigan and, most recently, in Stevensville, Maryland. In Stevensville he pastored the Island Alliance Church for 14 1/2 years.

In the fall of 2002, Pastor Allen and his wife, Susie, began to sense that their ministry at Island Alliance Church was coming to a close.

When God opened up the door to be considered for the pastoral position at Glenview Alliance Church, the Allens knew that this was the door that God wanted them to walk through.

Pastor Andrew Knisely- Associate Pastor
Pastor Knisely has been ministering in the C&MA for the last ten years. A former High School English teacher, he graduated from Alliance Theological Seminary in 1998. He and his wife, Diane, served at Haverhill Alliance Church in Massachusetts for 3 years. They also served as church planting missionaries in France for 4 years.

In December 2005, Andrew was called to serve as Associate pastor at Glenview. He is happy to be working at the church in the areas of Evangelism, Discipleship and Fellowship.  Andrew and Diane have two children, Emily and Johnny. 

Pastor Chris Coakley- Pastor of Student Ministries
Chris is from Logan, Ohio and graduated with a degree in youth ministry from Nyack College.

Chris has a real passion for ministering to young people and desires to lead them in a closer walk with the Lord.

Chris and his wife, Kristen, also a graduate of Nyack College, reside in York, Pa.

Music Ministry Staff

Dorene Clark- Music Director
Dorene Clark was a founding member of Glenview. Dorene does an outstanding job of arranging all the music for Glenview services and special events. She also is the director for Glenview's choir and worship team.

She and her husband, Wade, have 2 children and one grandchild. They enjoy riding and touring on their Harley-Davidson motorcycle and are both actively involved in the Biker Ministry at Glenview.

Administrative Staff

Joanne Flemmens- Admin. Assistant
Joanne has been attending Glenview Alliance Church since 1979. She works part-time in the church office. She also teaches 2nd & 3rd grade Sunday school, participates in a small group, and serves on the Children's Ministry Team.
She and her husband, Doug, have two children.

Christine Smith- Admin. Assistant
Chris and her husband, Ted, reside in Shrewsbury and are members of Mason Dixon Baptist Church in New Freedom, where Chris serves as the Adult Choir Director and a member of the Orchestra.

Both of their daughters are married to wonderful men, and the Lord has blessed them with two beautiful granddaughters.
